What is Included?
The coaching process will involve, firstly, looking at your current life as a whole. I will ask some questions about how you feel mentally and emotionally, as well as how you are getting on in your interpersonal relationships, and what your physical health is like.
We will discuss in detail whatever the factors were that led you to seek out coaching, and define how you want to move forward. The thoughts and behaviours that have been barriers to the change you want will be challenged in a gentle and nurturing way, and the coaching process will very much be about guiding and supporting you in a productive way.
What Benefits Will I See From Coaching?
You will leave coaching with a new way of looking at future challenges you are faced with. In life there will always be challenges, but now you will have the mindset and tools to overcome them with a newfound level of self-confidence and practical resources.
You will have connected how your mental, physical, and social health interact with one another, and how your overall health is affected by challenges you encounter. You’ll be better able to look after yourself and spot when life is getting a bit overwhelming. After investing in yourself through coaching, you will be able to tackle this overwhelm yourself, which is very empowering. Of course, if you would like to check-in or have some follow up sessions you are always welcome.
