Initial Consultation
$0 USD/£0 GBP
A free 30 minute online or telephone consultation is offered to discuss what you know about coaching and what brings you to coaching. It will also address the duration and the amount of sessions you are seeking, and answer any questions you have.
50 minute coaching session
$100 USD/£75 GBP
Sessions can run weekly or fortnightly.
There is also the option of having takeaway “homework” for in between sessions and/or one summary email.
30 minute Coaching session
$50 USD/£35 GBP
These are shorter sessions utilised for when you are phasing out of coaching and want to quickly check in on progress as you become more independent. Suggested towards the end of your coaching journey and less frequent, usually fortnightly or monthly.
